Bedtime Cycle does not collect, store, or process any personal information. All sleep calculations happen entirely within your web browser. We do not have a database. We do not have user accounts. We cannot see your bedtime, your sleep debt, or anything else you enter into our tools.
Some tools use your browser's localStorage to save your input history. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it anytime by clearing your browser data or using the "Clear History" button within each tool.
We do not use tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party analytics tools.
We may display sponsored content to cover hosting costs. These ads are served through third-party networks that may use cookies for ad personalization.
