How It Works
Naps work best when they match your sleep cycle. A 20-minute power nap keeps you in light sleep, avoiding sleep inertia. A 90-minute full cycle nap lets you complete one full cycle including REM. Anything between 30-60 minutes traps you in deep sleep, leaving you groggy. This planner calculates your optimal start time, accounts for your average sleep onset latency, and predicts how you will feel when you wake up.
